SPA & VENUE POLICY

SPA POLICIES

  • Advance bookings is recommended for treatments as well as accommodation.

  • Full or 50% payment is required on confirmation of booking.

  • No reservations will be made without payment.

  • Payment must have reflected in our account by the time of check-in.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • The ID of the guest/Client will be required when checking in.

  • Punctuality on arrival is highly appreciated.

  • Please notify us in advance should your arrival time change. 

  • Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for treatment to accommodate the admin process.

  • Please bring a bathing suit to wear should you use the swimming pool 

  • Our massage and bathrooms towel may not be used at the swimming pool. We thus urge guests to bring own towels for this purpose.

 

What we will provide:

  • A robe and flops will be supplied for your comfort during treatments.

  • Free Fresh Herbal Teas and Juice will be provided after treatment

  • Free and secure parking is available on site

 

Meals:

  • Health Lunches are available at cost and only on pre- booking.

  • Unless the meals are included in a special package, then there will be no extra cost for meals. 

  • Only the meals listed in the menu will be served, there will be no special meals, unless arranged in advanced, and extra payment may be required depending on the adjustments requested. 

  • Meals can only be served for a group of 10 and above.

  • Only 2 different meals can be chosen in the menu.

 

Please alert your therapist of the following:

  • High blood pressure or heart conditions

  • High temperature or contagious disease

  • Recent surgery or injury

  • Varicose veins or thrombosis

  • Muscle or joint injuries

  • Acute inflammation

  • Allergy to iodine or product allergies

  • Pregnancy, Epilepsy , Diabetes or Hernia

  • Cancer

  • Using any chronic medication 

 

Safety measures 

  • Please leave your jewellery in the room/car or put it safely in the bag

  • Consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden before treatments.

  • Mobile phones should be switched off during treatment.

  • Kayamina Guest House and Ubomi Revival Pot, are not responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur.

 

Venue fees and policy

  • Booking the venue without accommodation, meals and Spa Treatments – R3500.00 for 10 – 30 people, checking in at 8H00 and checking out at 22H00.

  • Any additional person from 30, will be charged R100 per person.

  • Additional time after 22H00 will be charged R500 per hour 

  • No more than 50 people can be accommodated for our outdoor events.

  • Serving utensils will be provided at cost and they must be pre-booked.

  • There will be no extra charge for access to the swimming pool, the lapa and parking.

  • Booking the Spa Treatment and Meals, there will be no cost charged for the venue – check in at 8H00 and Check out at 22H00

  • There are no restrictions on the number of spa treatments, however, meals will only be served for groups of 10 and above.

  • Serving utensils will be provided at cost and they must be pre-booked

  • We do not offer any special décor, only table cloths, chair covers, bows and cutlery and crockery at cost.

 

Cancellation policy:

  • We encourage postponement or transferal of the booking should it happen that you are no longer able to honour the set date.

  • A Cancellation fee of R50% of the total fee will be changed on cancellation.
